Epic Fail. It's so easily distinguished that this is a virus.
1.) The Size, lmfao, Rpg maker Xp, let alone Vx, is not 15 Kb.
2.) Little Seeds.

just because its small doesnt mean is a virus cause I found a way to compress the file using WinRaR so that from 7GB you will get 13MB or a little more.

You sir, are a fucking idiot. Do you know what a torrent is? A kind way of compressing data. The installer for rpg maker vx is actually not a very large file. And no, this file is not a virus. I have installed it, used it, and it works quite well.
Oh, and i've also scanned it with my virus software, along with nPortect, windows virus protection and a couple others along with a self made virus scanner. It's a clean file.

Oh, one thing i did forget to add. The original torrent, contains a torrent which contains a zipped file. :)
I don't have any seeds for the second torrent.
